"McCarty Fit changed my life. And I don’t say that lightly. I’ve been working with Raeann for two years and have enjoyed fitness success that I had never before experienced - and I’ve been committed to exercise for many years. Specifically, I’m in much greater control of my weight and my doctor now smiles when my lab results come in. I began working with Raeann because I was attracted to her boxing-based program. It was something fresh that brought a new dimension when my workout routine had become too routine. Since then, I have expanded to strength work, that includes using both body weight and free weight exercises, and speed workouts using sprinting and agility drills, all under her careful guidance. It’s effective and fun.
Further, I have always been amazed at how Raeann understands the balance between challenge and support. She “pushes” perfectly, always encouraging and working within my capabilities.
